Sleeping well – and also resting when needed – makes us feel better, and be more alert and energetic, as well as better able to concentrate and perform our daily tasks.

In fact, getting enough sleep and rest each day is one of the most important things we can do for our health and wellbeing – and therefore even reduce the risk of being caught off-guard by a scam due to being able to think sharply.

In a nutshell, we each need to get sufficient sleep – 7-8 hours, and possibly more with aging – which will help us in sound thinking, judgment and discernment, thereby being more alert for any possible scam approach.


Reflection

Am I having sufficient sleep and rest each day to remain optimally alert for my responsibilities and tasks – and to thereby also be of greatest benefit to others?
